Relegated outfit De Graafschap are
hoping to find a replacement for president Jacco Swart
who left the club in July after
being annoyed at a number of club policies. The
club's chairman Derk Haank has announced that they
hope to appoint a new president before the end of the season. Haank:
"The president will begin in the spring time of next year and will be
responsible for the squad of the next season,"
Former Dunfermaline defender Andre Karnebeek,
who has been on trial with the 'Super Farmers'for the
past week has impressed the club enough to earn himself a two-year deal.
De Graafschap have also announced that outcast
Dennis Schulp, who recently failed to earn himself a
deal with Portuguese outfit Uniao Leiria, will be allowed to train with the
club until a new club has been found for the former Ajax striker. |
