Ajax still chasing Kalu |

In an article in the Dutch daily newspaper 'De Telegraaf' ,
Ajax trainer Ronald Koeman has expressed his wish to continue to chase Polish
outfit Wislaw Kwakow's forward Uche Kalu. The player
is currently sitting out a six months ban at the club after refusing to play in
Krakow's Champions League qualifier. His refusal to play came after Krakow were
not prepared to lend their co-operation for a summer move to Ajax, insisting
that he sits out his contract.
Koeman believes that the crisis between Kalu and Krakow has increased the
likelihood of being able to land the Nigerian. |
