Out of favour PSV defender Michael Lamey,
who is currently on loan to AZ, has attracted the attention of Utrecht who would
also like to lend the PSV-er for next season. Although unable to secure a first
team place with PSV, the Eindhovenaren do not want to offload Lamey but would
rather see him lent out for one more season so that he can gain more Eredivisise
experience. Although PSV have already given AZ their consent to hire Lamey for
one more season, Utrecht are planning to make a move before any papers have been
signed. Lamey is not yet prepared to
state his preference for next season saying: "I'm having a great time at
AZ But Utrecht is also a fantastic club. I'll see."
