Volendam beat Sparta 1-3

Volendam caused a playoff upset this afternoon by beating Sparta 3-1,ng up the fight for promotion in Group B. It's Volendam's first win of the playoffs and a well-deserved one! They simply played better football than the Rotterdammers and Maurice Buys put them ahead after only 3 minutes. Nourdin Boukhari equalized from the spot in the 20th but Cerezo Fung A Wing made it 1-2 in the 27th. The balance stayed that way for most of the rest of the match, giving Sparta hope of recovery. Maurice Buys ended that hope in the 82nd with his 2nd of the match.
