Boekweg moves to Groningen |

Boekweg is leaving Eerste Divisie side Zwolle for his former club
Groningen, where he played between 1986 and the summer of 1995. The 35
year-old defender will be reunited with his old trainer Dwight Lodeweges,
who was in charge at Zwolle till the end of last season. He's not been
'happy' since Lodeweges departure and welcomes the chance (especially at
his age) to play Ere Divisie football once more and turn out
in his old shirt! Zwolle are said to be looking at Dunfermline
Athletic's 33 year-old Michel Doesburg as a possible replacement.
