are interested in adding David Mendes da Silva to their squad and have
approached Sparta with an offer to swap John Nieuwenberg (already on loan
to the Rotterdammers) and American John O'Brien plus some cash for the 18
year-old. Co Adriaanse would like to put him alongside his other young
stars Rafael van der Vaart and Cedric van der Gun but could run into some
competition from Coventry City and Feyenoord. |
