Van Nistelrooy equals Premiership record

Ruud van Nistelrooy's 9th minute goal in Manchester United's win at Southampton has earned the former PSV striker a place in the Premiership record books. After last week entering Manchester United's 'Hall of Fame' by scoring in 7 consecutive matches for them the Dutch international has now scored in every one of his last 7 Premiership matches as well, equalling the existing record! David Beckham put away the 2nd for the "Red Devils" in the 45th and Ole Gunnar Solskjær made it 1 - 3 in the 63rd. James Beattie's 3rd minute goal was small consolation for "The Saints" who'd dominated the 1st half with new acquisition Delgado impressing throughout the match.
