AZ's disastrous start to the season
seems to have come to an end now that Co Adriaanse has taken over as
trainer. Since the arrival of the ex-Ajax trainer, AZ haven't lost a game
and have climbed to a safe 10th position. Barry van Galen was AZ's man of
the match with 2 goals ( 3rd and 43rd) and 1 assist to ex-Ajax defender Ole
Tobiasen in the 20th minute of the match. Pedrag Filipovic scored Roda's consolation
10 minutes before time.
