Verhoegh signs for AGOVV |

Amateur side AGOVV who will be playing
professional football next year for the first time in their history have
contracted PSV Paul Verhaegh on loan for a year. The versatile Dutch youth
international can play both in defence as well as in midfielder and is the first
of string of players to be hired from Eredivisie outfits. In an interview on
Dutch provincial radio 'Omroep Gelderland' AGOVV's director of football
Ted van Leeuwen said "It's our intention to make more deals like
these, loaning players from Eredivisie sides. We have 10 players under contract
now and we want to sign 10 more players, including a goalkeeper."
