| Ajax's
Egyptian striker Mido has been banished from the first team squad after yet
another disagreement with trainer Ronald Koeman and will now have to train
and play for Ajax's reserve squad until further notice. Neither Ajax nor
Koeman have given an explanation for his removal but the most likely cause
is that the player has ventilated his dissatisfaction of not being able to
secure a first team place. Last December Mido was also banned from the squad
after he had told Dutch local TV station AT5 that he would not be playing
for Ajax much longer as he was
intending to play in the Seria A next season.
