According to reports in the English
daily newspaper 'The Guardian' Manchester United chief executive Peter
Kenyon discussed the future of Patrick Kluivert last Tuesday with the sports
advisor to Barcelona presidential candidate Joan Laporta. Rosell was
in Manchester this week to hold talks with Kenyon about a potential €42
million Euros deal for David Beckham. However,
the Guardian reported that Kluivert's availability was also discussed.
