Several newspapers have reported that
Liverpool are targeting AC Milan midfielder Clarence Seedorf for a summer
signing. The Dutch international,
who recently made history by becoming the first player to lift the Champions
League with three different clubs after winning the trophy at Old Trafford
last month, is prepared to swap the San Siro for Anfield Road according to
the English weekly newspaper Sunday Express. Reds boss Gerard Houllier sees
Seedorf as a the ideal replacement for Barcelona and Bayern Munich target
Dietmar Hamann.
