Richard Witschge, who looked set to be
moving to newly promoted Den Haag to finish off his career, has attracted
the attention of his former Girondins de Bordeaux trainer Gernot Rohr, who
now trains the French number 7, Nice. Witsgche, who played for
Bordeaux between 1993 and 1996 before returning to Ajax has now
heard Den Haag's trainer Rinus Israels state that he does not think it is
a god idea to contract Witsgche.
