Davids has had a change of mind regarding his future with Italian Serie A
giants Juventus and now looks prepared to accept the club's offer to
continue playing for them on reduced terms. Davids looked set to
leave Juventus this summer after refusing to accept a wage cut and
displaying his dissatisfaction with the club in the Italian media.
Real Madrid, Arsenal, Manchester United and AS Roma were all interested in
snatching up the Dutch pitt-bull but Juventus refused to listen to
offers. In an interview in the Italian daily newspaper 'Corriere
dello Sport' the Dutch international said that he now decided to sign with
a view to ending his career with the club. |
