It seems that every potential candidate
for the vacant Barcelona presidential seat must have a name to wave around
to be taken seriously. Jaume Llaurado who is also up for the presidency of
the Catalan club. has waved the name Ajax Skipper Christian Chivu and has
stated that if he becomes Barca's new president then he will offer the
Rumanian international a 4-year contract. According to Llaurado, Chivu
will cost the club € 18 million Euros transfer fee.
