Roda JC are currently testing Yugoslavian
defender Pedrag Filipovic and hope that the 27 year-old left-back will
become a welcome addition to their backline. The Limburgers have a vacancy
for that position due to Vincent Lachambre's absence through injury.
Filipovic has a contract with his current club Lommel till the summer of
2005. The Kerkrade club's technical director Nol Hendriks is prepared to
fork out the cash for a permanent transfer if the Yugoslavian
international, who has previously played for, amongst others,
Obilic and Eendracht Aalst impresses sufficiently.
