Vitesse have extended the contracts of Ruud Knol
and Matthew Amoah - respectively till the summer of 2007 and 2006. The
Arnhemmers had been negotiating new deals with the 211 year-olds for some
time and technical manager is glad that both the talented players have
decided to stay at teh Gelredome side. "It was necessary for us to keep
players of their calibre if we're to stay in touch with the top
clubs."
