to merge with amateurs De Baronie? |

| NAC are
poised to merge with top amateur side De Baronie in an attempt to end
their financial problems after the two clubs reached agreement. The Breda
side are currently €8.2 million Euros in debt and the merger would make
it possible to earn some money by selling the amateur side's training
ground to property developers. NAC was in similar problems 3 years ago and
only by selling their Fuji-stadium to investors and the municipal council
were they able to solve their money troubles. A club delegation is
currently visiting Japan in an attempt to find a new main-sponsor.
