Excelsior are
still waiting for some news concerning Australian Brett Holman's application
for a work permit. The 18 year-old shadow-striker, who's been stalled at
the newly promoted side by big-brother Feyenoord, looks likely to miss theng match of the new season against PSV this Saturday at the Woudestein
stadium. Holman has already missed the club's first Amstel Cup match last
Saturday against amateurs Capelle (won 3-1) and trainer Adrie Koster will
also have to do without the youngster for Wednesday's Cup match against
amateurs Kranenburg. "I only heard a couple of days ago that my papers
are not yet in order and it's really irritating because I'm raring to get
started."
