Top Oss went 0-2 down after Ruud
Jansend for the visitors in the 22nd minute, heading in a Roy Buikema
corner and Rik Platvoet increased the gap to two goal just 5 minutes later
with a fine shot for the well deserved 0-2 half time score.
Two minutes after the break Top Oss defender Peeter Reekers fouled Marinus
Dijkhuizen in the penalty area. The foul cost Reekers his second yellow card
and allowed Dijkhuizen to reduce the gap to just one goal via the spot-shot
and reduce Heracles to ten men. In the 63rd minute Dijkhuizen was once again
on target to complete his brace and put the 2-2 final score-line on the
board.
