Sparta took the lead via
Koevermans with an early 3rd minute goal but went into the break trailing
1-3 via 2 goals from Guyt (38, 42) and Dijkhuizen (43). In the 63rd,
Danny Koevermans managed to reduce Top Oss's lead to 1 goal with his second
goal of the evening, making him the Eerste Divisie's current joint top
scorer. Although Sparta pressed forward for the equalizer, it was the
visitors who scored the last goal of the evening, via Chima Onyeike 3
minutes before the final whistle.
