Feyenoord hopes of Champions League
football next year were destroyed this afternoon after being held to a 1-1
draw against Willem II in Tilburg
while both the Ajax and PSV both won their matches. Injury-hit
Willem II.Willem managed tothe score after just seven minutes when
Northern Ireland striker James Quinn netted. With just 18 minutes left, out
of favour striker Bonaventure Kalou added some excitement when bagging the equalizer,
however, unlike Feyenoord's past few matches, Bert van Marwijk's side were
unable to produce a late winning goal.
