Utrecht draw 1-1 with Willem II |

Utrecht, who were treated to a shock defeat by relegation threatened Zwolle
last weekend, faced Willem II last night knowing they needed a win to boost their European
hopes. Willem II, who stared the game two places and two points behind Utrecht,
held leaders PSV Eindhoven to a 1-1 draw last weekend, started the game
in confident style and it was no surprise when Danny Landzaat fired the visitors ahead in the first half.
However with just a few minutes to go Igor Gluscevic pounced on the ball to
strike a late goal an earn Utrecht a point. Utrecht who haven't won in the past
five games will have to produce some late seaon fireworks if they intend to
keep their European aspiration alive.
