gained another three valuable points this afternoon with an impressive
3-0 win over Foppe de Haan's Heerenveen.
Although Heerenveen were the better of the two sides in the beginning, Rick Hoogendorpd for RKC in the 14th minute with the one and only
first half goal. In the second half Heerenveen once again began
furiously but somehow 7 minutes into the second act it was once again
RKC who score after Yuri Cornelise made it
2-0. Ten minutes before the final whistle Jason Oost netted for the
final 3-0 score-line. RKC climb back into fourth place and are beginning
to look like serious contenders for European football next season.
