Ajax got of to a slow start this afternoon in
a boiling hot Arena with Victor Sikorang the score on the break of
half time. In the break, Ajax trainer Ronald Koeman swapped 'prolific
striker' Ibrahimnovic, who resembled unwanted obstacle instead of a
center-forward, for up and coming star Wesley Sneijder. In
the 63rd minute Romanian defender Cristian Chivu's gave Ajax a two goal
advantage and with just 4 minutes remaing Sikora was once again on target to
complete his brace. The result ends Heerenveen's chances of reaching the UEFA Cup.
