Kallen swaps Eindhoven for Telstar |

Winger Luciano van Kallen has
has left the club to join Eerstedivisie outfit Stormvogels-Telstar on a
free transfer. Van Kallen, who learnt the tricks of the trade at Ajax's
famous football academy has signed a two-year deal with the North
Hollanders. Van Kallen has been playing for Eindhoven since he returned to
Holland 2001 after a brief spell with Italian outfit Genoa. Telstar
have also set their sights on French defender Gregory Bono whom they hope
to sign within the next few weeks. |

Twan Scheepers is to return to the city of Eindhoven where he first
played professional football where he will continue his career with FC
Eindhoven. Scheepers who is currently playing for Belgium side FC
Lommel were he was unable to secure a first team place has previously
played for Dutch clubs MVV, NAC and Cambuur.

Ex Eindhoven and Heracles
player Richard van Gils, is currently training with Eerste Divisie club Eindhoven.
Van Gils played for Eindhoven between before moving to Heracles
in the summer of 2000. At the
end of
last season his two year contract with Hearalces expired and was not renewed
by the club. Since then the midfielder has been playing for Belgian amateur
side Beringen. If Van Gils impresses then he will be added Eindhoven's squad
until the end of the season.

Eindhoven's goalkeeper was given his marching orders, reducing the
home side to 10 men. Unfortunately, Sparta were unable to make use of the
man more situation, in fact with Sparta's current form the visitors could
have been reduced to 5 men and it probably would not have made any
difference. In the 90th minute Eindhoven made it 2-0 via Rik van der
Langenberg.

Haarlem were unlucky this
evening not to have earned themselves 3 points after having dominated the
match from begin to end. Paul Mulderd the score for Haarlem in the 9th
minute of the match. Haarlem should have increased the lead several times
but were sloppy in front of goal. Although Eindhoven were rarely to be seen
on Haarlem's half they still managed to draw level via Tim Nelemans's 70th minute out
of the blue surprise goal.

minutes later Ismail Ayaz effectively sewed up the match with the 4-1
before Max Houttuin closed the gap slightly in the 72nd only for Van
Kallen to score his 2nd of the match in the 80th for the final 5-2
scoreline. |

Emmen made use of Den Haag's defeat against
Cambuur by beating Eindhoven 2-1 at home tonight, sending them to the top of
the Eerste Divisie. Donny de Groot shot Emmen into the lead in the 14th
minute of the game. A Ruud Berger spot-shot in the 74th destroyed any
illusions the 'Eindhovenaars' may have had of equalizing.

this evening. The visitorsd in the 30th via Reginald Faria. Club

goal of the season. A John Laponder spot-shot put the final 1-2 on the
scoreboard in the 88th.

Only a minute later Roy Hendriksen returned the advantage to the visitors
who saw Geoffrey Prommayon gift them an own-goal in the 89th before Sergio

VVV have earned themselves a
place in the 2nd round of the Amstel Cup after a 1-0 win last night against
Eindhoven, Roy Grotaeert scoring the matchwinner after half an hour. The
match was proceeded by a minute's silence out of respect for Prince Claus
who died a few days ago. Roy Grotaeert scored the matchwinner after half an
hour.

PSV's Léon Hese will be playing the rest of this
season for Eerste Divisie Eindhoven on a loan deal. The 21 year-old defender
made one Ere Divisie appearance at the beginning of last season when, 10 minutes
after the break, he came on as a substitute for Arnold Bruggink in the match
against NAC.

the 23 year-old forward, who played for Helmond Sport last season, has
signed a deal for one year. He failed to settle in with Helmond and now
returns to the club where he previously played between 1999 and 2001 when
he was one of Eindhoven's most reliable players, regularly netting goals
for them.

to a report in Dutch daily newspaper "De Telegraaf", Hilmi Mihci
will be moving to play for Bundesliga 2nd Division side MSV Duisburg and
only has to pass the obligatory medical in order to sign on the dotted
line for two seasons! The 25 year-old striker is actually under contract
to Den Bosch but has been on loan to Eindhoven where he was the team's top
scorer this season (scoring 12 goals in 15 matches). This latest news ends
speculation that he might be moving to join Go Ahead Eagles.

have signed Volendam's Wilbert Need on a contract for one year. The 23
year-old former PSV keeper played 20 Eerste Divisie matches last season.
Former PSV, Lommel and Fortuna Sittard forward Ismael Ayaz has extended
his contract with the club till 2005.

Eindhoven's Hilmi Mihci has attracted the attention of several foreign
clubs. Scouts from English Premiership side Ipswich Town and Bundesliga
clubs Karlsruhe and Cologne were present during Eindhoven's last game of
the season against new Eerste Divisie champions Zwolle. Mihci, who's
on loan to Eindhoven from Den Bosch, put on a good performance for the
scouts, scoring 3 of Eindhoven's 4 goals in their 4-2 win against Zwolle.
Mihci could still remain in Holland as both Willem II and Roda JC have
also stated that they are keen to sign the striker. |
