Excelsior ask Rotterdam for financial aid

Speaking to the newspaper "Rotterdams Dagblad" the club's director Simon Kelder said, "We've done our best in the past to improve our facilities with a modest sum of money and it can't be fair that a club that's mismanaged itself (read Sparta) and been relegated can receive a loan while a club that gains promotion and looks after its finances (read Excelsior) receives nothing!"
