| The
recent doping affairs involving Edgar Davids and Ronald de Boer has,
according to many top Dutch players, shown up the lack of
"protection" afforded footballers by UEFA and FIFA. They have
decided to set-up an international organisation, with the help of former
players, to defend their interests in similar situations. |
